A few weeks ago, we told you about the game 5 x 20, that we are developing for a customer. We have been working on the game in the meanwhile and we can present you the logo and the start-up screen!

What’s 5 x 20?
Well, the idea of the game is that each player starts out with twenty letters per round. Everybody gets the same letters at the start of each round. After that, the player is free to make any number of words and place them on the board. You can send your score when you’re done with the placing of your words or all your letters are on the board. When everybody’s done, you can see the score of your fellow players and see who’s got the most points.

The number of players is unlimited, so you can play with a group or just with another person, whatever you like. And you probably guessed it already: the number of rounds is 5.

You may have already seen some of the characters of our new game popping up on our website or Facebook Page. But now we’ve got some exciting news about our new multiplayer game. Because we’ve got the name and the logo!

Therefore we areproud to present you Knuckle Duster.

We have been working on this game for months now and it’s starting to get in a pretty nice shape! In the next couple of weeks we will be bringing you more information and some visual previews. It’s gonna be awesome!

All sort of things are happening at the cosy Rising Step office. Apart from the distractions of our office dog, we are working on some very exciting new games. We want to tell you a bit more about a new app that we are building for a customer.

Jumping Awesomeness seems to be crashing between the iOS versions 4.3 and 5.0. So I personally fixed it and send it to the AppStore for review.

So what did we do all that time? We are not at liberty to say Well not everything at least.

We have created this new app for pilots:

CrewTips iPhone app

It’s a pretty cool app for pilots. If you want to know whats it about just check out the CrewTips description page.

We’ve also been working on our own projects (yes plural!)

We’ll show some new footage of both projects in a few weeks.

Did I mention we’re also working on an update for Crimson Harvest? It’s not really an update. We’ve changed so much that you could almost see it as a complete new game. Anyway we’re planning to post a video of the new Crimson Harvest.

Thanks y’all for downloading the game and thanks AppEvent for promoting our app for a day. We couldn’t have done it without you guys!

The game is free to download in the AppStore today and it’s doing pretty good in AppStore ranking. Atm it’s ranked 7th in the subcategories “Arcade” and “Action” of Games.

We’ve been pretty shocked by the results the AppEvent provides. It’s super effective and of course we’re shocked by the feedback we’re getting on the game. People either hate it or love it.. It’s like a 50cent and The Game track. And obviously the underdog is on top.

Either way we’re just glad that lots of people are playing the game. All the sucky comments will only make us stronger. Our next game is a whole different story. We’ve chosen a broader target audience and it’s much easier to pick up. Where Crimson Harvest learning curve is pretty steep it definitely won’t be for our new project.

The main keywords for our next game are: instant, singleplayer, multiplayer, fun!

He’s a real loner who lives by himself (duhh) on a deserted island.

His passions are swimming, snorkeling and fishing!

He’s a really peaceful guy with a lot of patience and perseverance. But be careful of this guy cause he doesn’t know when to give up!
